Beach Saturday

After a long hard week of adjusting to new bedtime and nap routines due to the bunks, our family was in need of some beach time. So come Saturday morning, we high tailed it over the hill and spent the day in Capitola, drove around Santa Cruz for naps, then had dinner downtown. It was great to get out.

The big girls really had fun playing in the breaking waves this time.

We tried to keep Adele out of the sun, but she was so excited to see the ocean too.

The girls love Wes' childhood tradition of getting salt water taffy at the beach.

We are thankful for a day of refreshment!
