Five months

Honestly, I feel like I just posted her 4 month pics the other day. I know I always say time is flying, but it's more true than I know.

Emeline is 5 months old today. Getting bigger and stronger every day. She's now rolled over from front to back as well as back to front, but only once or twice. Not too much much of a roller yet, but she's got the skills! This month she finally decided to start pushing up with her arms, and now does the cute head in the air pose. She smiles and talks all the time. Lots of gurgles and babbles. We've gotten few real laughs out of her now, but the lucky ones to be the first were David and Heather and then next for Karen. I think she finds other people more funny than her parents, no matter how hard we try.

She also loves to stand, and has been bearing most of her weight for at least 2 months...maybe more. But the last month we only have to hold her up by her hands and she'll keep herself up. Super strong thunder thighs! We love to let her stand on the ground cause she looks like the cutest little person!

She's also got the grabbing thing down! Both hands grabbing, everything in the mouth. It was hard to take a picture of her with the sheep without her going for it. Here's the "going for it" picture just for kicks.

Faces I can't resist

I know I just showed you tummy time pics the other day, but I just can't resist this little face. Esp as she lifts it so high in the air now! I love her to pieces!

Rolled over!

Emeline has been "almost" rolling over for a while it seems, but a lot in the past few weeks. I've been worried about it though, cause she's rolling from back to front, and she absolutely hates tummy time. So I've been wondering what she'll do when she finally rolls herself on her tummy. Today I found out!
